Our first RAD TALK at h Club -- “THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PLATFORM AND PURPOSE” -- addressed how purpose can be integrated into professional platforms to drive business, conversation and social progress.

We invited a few friends to join us in this discussion including:

TAMARA MELLON, an entrepreneur, founder, and shoe designer with a laser focus on women: their needs, their voices, their passions. Tamara uses her platform to advocate for causes meaningful to women, while driving conversations about society, politics and fabulous design. 

CHRISTINA KOUNELIAS, President of Worldwide Marketing at Participant Media (Green Book, Roma, An Inconvenient Sequel), is driving the company’s mission to create entertainment that inspires social change and shaping the company’s pro-social narrative. Prior to Participant, Christina served as the first-ever Chief Marketing Officer at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS).

Our fierce moderator was ERICA WILLIAMS SIMON, social critic, author of the book, "You Deserve the Truth” (Simon & Schuster), host of the podcast “The Call with Erica” and host and CEO of Sage House, a company that creates spaces and content to surface wisdom about “who we are and how we want to live.” Erica is a former Washington politico, a lifelong civil and human rights activist, and former Head of The Creator's Lab at Snapchat.
